New Athletes: If you're new to CrossFit you'll need to schedule an introductory meeting during our regular training hours. Contact us and let us know which session you want to attend. The initial meeting takes about an hour and a half. New athletes are introduced to CrossFit, our box's basic policies, and taken through a brief sample workout. This free meeting is designed to allow new athletes to see if the program and facility are in alignment with their needs and goals. After the initial meeting new athletes are individually guided through a series of classes and workouts that teach foundational movements and technique. During this introductory period standard rates apply though no payment is due until the end of the second week. Once new athletes are proficient in the foundational movements they continue to receive individualized attention while joining our core group for regular classes.

*In the early morning and evenings we offer an open block of WOD time. This is not an "open gym" where you can come in and do your own thing. We do however encourage athletes to take extra time to practice skills before or after the WOD. You can arrive any time during the evening block on the hour or half hour and join a small group for the WOD. This provides flexibility to the athletes and helps keep our groups small for a higher level of personal attention. Please show up an hour before we shut off the lights and lock the doors.  We ask that whenever possible our athletes sign up for their class times one hour in advance via Wodify or by text at (541) 350-1858. This allows us to forecast the needs of the group and plan for extra coaches as needed.
