DURING THE 5th ANNUAL
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS CHALLENGE
ON SEPTEMBER 22, 2018 WE RAISED $900 FOR A TRIBUTE TO HONOR!
Please stay tuned for next years info. The FFC is a semi-competitive free event open to all. This event is designed to challenge your fitness while having fun and meeting other athletes and their families. Again this year we suggest athletes make a $15 donation to the Cpl. Keaton G. Coffey Memorial Fund or purchase a Coffey shirt to show support. There will be 3 individual workouts and 1 team workout to choose from, as well as possible surprise workouts and tie-break workouts as needed. At 8 am we'll start with packet pick up, sign in, and explanation of movement standards and scaling options. During this time we'll provide coaching of the movements and time for athletes to practice the movements and get warmed up. The first wave of WOD 1 will start at 9 am. We're planning on being done with all workouts by 2 pm. There will be food, beer, and an awards ceremony after the last WOD. Please pre-register as space is limited and we won't take any registrations the day of the event.
