Class Calendar

Classes are coach-led and one hour long including:

    • Warm-up, workout of the day (WOD), and cool-down/stretching

We aim for the following start times for our classes (with some flexibility):

        • 5:30 am and 6 am (M - F)
        • 10 am (M, W, F)
        • 4:30 pm, 5 pm, 5:30 pm, and 6 pm (M - F) **no 6 pm Start time on Fridays
        • 9 am (Sat)
